Inadco is an online advertising start-up based in Palo Alto, CA. Inadco is offering candidates an early-stage opportunity to help build the global platform for Cost-Per-Lead advertising.

Inadco's innovative approach is transforming how media is bought and sold on the Internet. Inadco enables advertisers of all kinds to buy media on a Cost-Per-Lead basis and empowers publishers to sell inventory on a Cost-Per-Lead basis to earn more revenue than they can with impression or click-based advertising.

Inadco is led by experienced executives who helped start some of the most successful online advertising companies in the market today. Inadco is backed by Redpoint Ventures and Angel investors Mike Walrath (Founder and Former CEO, Right Media), Matt Coffin (Founder and Former CEO, LowerMyBills.com) and Ron Conway (SV Angel).

Job Responsibilities

  • Ownership of advertising agency relationships from C-level to group account director to individual media planners and buyers
  • Build and deliver compelling sales pitches leveraging all available data and resources
  • Devise quarterly account plans and drive new business opportunities to maximize growth and devise partnership-building strategies
  • Accountable to quarterly revenue targets and adoption rates for specific agencies
  • Proactively contribute ideas for features that will improve the platform’s offerings and help scale adoption

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree from a top school
  • 6+ years experience in online sales or business development
  • Established relationships and presence within the advertising agency marketplace
  • Persuasive, gregarious, and self-starting with outstanding written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively
  • Proven success positioning differentiated advertising technologies
  • Familiarity with the ad serving industry and Internet technologies (JavaScript, HTML, Flash, Cookies, etc.) is preferred
  • Unquenchable drive to succeed and be part of a winning team
  • Ability to operate independently
